ICARCV 2016 Registration
Registration is required in order to participate in the ICARCV 2016 conference.
Each full registration can cover up to 2 papers of the registering author for inclusion in the Conference Program and Proceedings.
Delegates will benefit from an Early Bird Registration rate for each payment received by
IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICARCV 2016 registrations fees. Members are required to mention their IEEE membership number on the registration form, and they must bring along their current IEEE membership card during registration at the conference.
Registration Fees
All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollar (SGD) either by Visa/Master Card or Bank Transfer payable to 'Worldwide People Connection Pte Ltd'.

1.35 SGD is approximately equivalent to 1 USD.
At least one of the authors must pay the full registration fee by 1 September 2016 in order for a paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings. Also, papers that are not presented in the conference, may not be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei as well.
Student Rate
A delegate is eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must email a scanned copy of their 'student identification card' for verification and are also required to bring along their 'student identification card' to the conference. Registration under the Student rate will NOT entitle one to attend the Conference Banquet and will NOT entitle one to register and present any paper.
Phuket FantaSea Show
Phuket FantaSea Show, or Fantasy of a Kingdom, is a Las Vegas style Thai cultural show infused with cutting edge technology and state-of-the-art show elements. The essence of being Thai, everything from the love for freedom and fun, courage and compassion, is being represented in each scene.
See nine exciting shows featuring Thai culture, magic illusion, acrobatics, animal performance, pyrotechnics, stunts, aerial performance, 4-D effects, special effects.
We will be going for the show on November 15, 2016. The prices listed are for the two different classes of seat which includes a pre-show dinner. The first ticket meant for the delegate will enjoy a subsidy of SGD20.

- Request on or before 1 October 2016 - cancellation charge of 25% will apply.
- No refund after 1 October 2016 will be allowed.
- Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.

In any case, neither the organizers nor their employees or thier appointed agent(s) shall be liable in Thailand or elsewhere to the delegates in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.
Online Registration
Authors can register On-line now. After registration, you can proceed to make payment On-line (Credit Card) or Off-line (Bank Transfer).
If you are paying by Telegraphic Transfer, please be reminded that you have to pay for the Bank Charges payable to your Paying Bank and add another SGD30 to the Total Fee Payable to cover for the Bank Charges payable to our Receiving Bank. Any shortage will be recovered from you on-site in Phuket Thailand.
